Major league is one of the greatest can't believe there are no tombstone quotes in any videos. Love the shows I have had a Blackstone for years and just started your shows over last couple months and have watched them all. Betty, Nate, and CJ. I have learned a ton that has helped me I was cooking on way too high and not using enough water with my dome. We need a dessert with apples on the Blackstone. Thanks for the lessons and laughs.

I normally put my cheese directly on the blackstone because I use several different kinds and it all melts together great I scoop it up and put it on whatever is going on
