The course is amazing u .... But I do not know if u explicitly intended to leave a buffer overflow vulnerability in order to fix it later and teach us (or the ones the buy the full course) about it later vulnerability is that the print function is an infinite loop unless we reach byte 0x0 Meaning that if that text was filled from an input And the inputer (hacker) embeds the byte 0x0 in the input .... All what is after the byte 0x0 will be executable .... And therefore executed only if the cpu jumps to it how he would try to jump to that executable code ?)
