I send in my broken north star and ding'd up bombsquad avant grade back to yoyofactory. The north star cracked because i overtightened it and my bombsquad avant grade got all dinged because the string snapped!
Sent them to yoyofactory and they took care of everything!
they replaced my north star and sanded down the inverted catch zone of the AG. They also hooked me up with a CT bearing as well as silicone response, and a yyf holder!
