Simple oozy butternut squash orzo recipe

The ooziest orzo about. The Goat's Cheese brings that nice sharp kick to complement the rich roasted butternut. Such a freshy.

Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
25g Parmesan (To Serve)
500g Orzo
Bunch of Basil
125g Goat's Cheese
2 Butternut Squash
Olive Oil

The basil and the goat's cheese really freshen up the dish so don't skip either of them. ALSO, when you roast your butternut squash, you don't want it to get brown and charred, just soft. So keep an eye on it.

Roasted some garlic cloves with squash and then blitzed with the sauce so need to sautee garlic!

"Oozy" is very unappetizing and is usually used in the context of seeping wounds. I think you meant "Gooey" which has more use describing food
