Coach Wooden gets a huge assist from Kareem on the making of some extraordinary memories. I enjoyed the book a great deal and learned alot about John Wooden as well as KAJ.

As a young boy I would watch you play. My father said watch this man..I was 12 years old..I watched you raise your arm and the hook shot...I was just a young boy ..I would practice your shot every day

What impresses me most about Kareem is his integrity. Will be interesting to see what is in his book. God bless everyone

Coach Wooden coached at my alma mater, Indiana State University. ( long before Larry Bird played there ). Wooden wanted the best players. Color was irrelevant during that segregated time to Coach Wooden. ISU didn't like Wooden's style of play because he played blacks without hesitation, if they were good ball players. He left ISU. The rest is history. The cream always rises to the top. Wooden was a great man as well as a great coach.

Charlie Rose seems like such a blunderbuss compared to everyone else here "He was Christian and you were Muslim.?" come on dude, did you have him on this show to ask him about that?

Surah 1. The Opening
1. In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
2. Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds;
3. Most Gracious, Most Merciful;
4. Master of the Day of Judgment.
5. Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek.
6. Show us the straight way,
7. The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray.

Coach Wooden didn't treat Edgar Lacy very well. Do a TV Special on that relationship.

Wiscy played in 2015 finals and lost to Duke. 2016 was Unc loss against NOVA. 2017 Zags vs UNC. UNC redemption. You lied Kareem. 2014 my UCONN HUSKIES beat UK.

Kareem has a great bond for his coach because his coach had Sam Gilbert pay hin and his "freshman dorm roon" was Kirk Douglas's mansion. Dirty John Wooden couldnt win without buying players.
