The 2020s are requiring organizations across the world to change and transform - whether they want to or not. Companies are being forced to rethink their business processes and operating models to navigate a post-coronavirus world.

There are several steps that companies can and should take to help transform their businesses, including:

-Assess your current situation
-Define (or redefine) your business strategy and vision
-Define your business process improvements
-Identify potential technology and automation opportunities (example: ERP software, HCM, etc.)
-Identify your business transformation roadmap and plan
-Help your employees through the change (organizational change management)

This video outlines the things you can and should be doing to define your business transformation roadmap for the 2020s and beyond.

This is the first video I've seen from your channel, and let me just say that this is the kind of video that's compact while being very much concise. No edgy animation but boasts a lot of clear, on-point-every-time information in fewer and understandable words. I love it, Thanks for making this available to everybody!

The concept of "business processes" would probably require/deserve more structural insight.
The following book seems to provide another good roadmap: "DARE!: Behind The Scenes Of The Best Business Transformation Project In The World".
