In the third video of the Coral Health and Marine Probiotics (CHAMP) lab's science series, hosts Olivia Carmack and Kelly Pitts talk with Monica Schul and Liz Weatherup about coral bacteria--both good and bad--and the research the CHAMP lab is conducting to find the culprit behind stony coral tissue loss disease. The cause of the disease is unknown, even as it ravages Florida's reefs and continues to spread into the Caribbean.
