I got a chemex a few months ago, and I love it! Aethetically pleasing and makes great coffee.

Is anyone here familiar with the 1zPresso JX grinder?? I’m using a Fellow Stagg XF pour over and I’m completely LOST with the grinder settings. I’m using 20g coffee for 300g water and I’ve made a few adjustments only to have my coffee come out bitter or too strong.

Could someone please give me a starting point (in equivalent numbers of the JX)? Any help would really be much appreciated 😎

can i use hario v60 01 filters for it?or any tips for it? i only have that rn, chemex filters are really expensive here
