always bugs me to see an old disconnect on a new unit. ive seen a few old and corroded disconnects ruin new systems. not hard to replace the disconnect with the unit .

Ive messed with a few of those tranes, i really like them. When the video 1st started, was wondering if you were gonna comment of the filter size lol.

Same here with the leaks. The only 1 ive had so far was on a carrier chiller and based on the way all the other coils, all tube and fin looked we blamed it on whomever they had cleaning the coils before us. They were obviously using a pressure washer

I've installed a couple of these, pretty solid units so far. Most leaks occur in those special glue joints..they just can't get it right, probably because it gets to 110-130 on the roofs here in South Florida. 410A is quite the pressure for glue.

I am surprised they did not go with the hail guard option, it looks very nice with them on!

My prediction is at least one of the coils will have to be changed out before the warranty is up are even better right after the warranty expires.

What’s the charge weight on that unit now that it has an MC evap?

It always bugs me that these commercial (and residential) HVAC units just have wires haphazardly running all over the place. Every other piece of industrial/commercial gear I've seen always uses cables or wire-duct raceway to keep things clean and stop stuff from chaffing.

Only a matter of time until there will be a digital scroll installed.

That return looks like crap
