In this Video I will be talking about my personal experience getting Hearing Aids for the first time. My name is Niklas Spichalsky and I have been wearing Hearing Aids for over 20 years now. I first got diagnosed with a hearing impairment at the age of 8 and have been wearing Hearing Aids ever since.

There are a lot of misconceptions about hearing aids and in this video I want to break these stigmas. Also I will share some tips on how to get used to Hearing Aids and what to look out for when purchasing hearing aids for the first time.

Hearing aids are becoming more common among younger people. People in their 20s, 30s and 40s who listen to very loud music, or fire weapons frequently without adequate protection (military) are suffering significant hearing losses. In fact, wearing hearing aids is like wearing eye glasses, no big thing anymore.
