In this new tutorial by flomotion you will learn all you need to know about advanced motion tracking in 2d and 3d.
Learn how to set up a planar track and how to deal with issues. Learn a professional workflow and how to takle difficult shots with mocha for AE After Effects.
You will learn how to set a spline, set the surface tool, correct for drifting and rotation errors, as well as how to work with the adjust track tab for a perfect professional result.
To bring this a step further I am also going to show you how to set up a 3d track with GeoTracker from Keen Tools, how to create a 3d model in blender and use that for an accurate tracking result.

We will use the 2D planar track for the image and the 3D object track to create realistic reflections in 3d space.

Therefore we will also set up a camera, an environment light and and hdr image.

Excellent tutorial!... Is it possible to export all the data after having the 3D tracking working from Geotracker?... Because i was thinking that could be super fun to add some stuff with physics attached to that data, like exporting the data into Blender, Cinema 4D or others. Greetings.

Hey, A small suggestion, the rock music does not really work for intros as the pacing is different from the bpm of the song maybe upbeating type of music works here especially for tutorials.
