I'll tell ya going to Toys R US as a kid was a big flipping deal. Especially because we didn't have much so when we did save up for something from mowing lawns or shoveling snow and we went there it was like going to an amusement park. I'm definitely one that's misses that and wish my kids got to experience it such a simple but fun thing to do 😊😊

I used to live about 6 blocks from this store. I spent a lot of $$ to buy whatever my Grandkids wanted at the time. Fun memories of choosing what Power Ranger I wanted. 💜🥰😊

WoW ! That’s so sad… I spent so many Saturdays at Toys R Us with my son … buying Thomas The Tank Engine, Legos, Dinosaurs, Hot-wheels and Nerf … now it’s just a memory. He’s 23 soon to be 24… where will he take his child one day?

I was given the “going out of business” banner by the store manager at the time. Was real sad to see it go. Arden Arcade hasn’t been the same since the early 2000’s.

I've actually never been to toys r us, but I do know why it's closed like that, and it probably has changed in a different store. I can no fountain that was a toys are us before it changed into range, so 1 the owner died and 2, it was in bankruptcy.

I remeber all the times my parents took me and my siblings there. We used to get so much stuff. I had a life size bratz doll. Oh my gosh fun times. Now i gotta check this place out.

Its crazy to even see how much the cars have changed along the years. In 2011 you can see a bunch of old school cruisers/sedans than in 2023 its a bunch of oversized SUVs

I was so sad when it closed me and my parents would go there a-lot when i was younger and those were some of my best memories and when i found they closed i was so sad what makes it even more sad is that they turned the one near me into a furniture store

In 2015, when my older brother was 5 years old, my parents went to that Toys R Us Store and bought him a Toy Construction Set for Toddlers as a gift for him.
