As a financial therapist, I agree with these insights. One thing I find super helpful when setting and achieving goals is to have some outside accountability. Setting a goal with a friend or partner can increase the chances you'll meet your goals.

Start achieving your goal today and do not make yearly goals but instead monthly or even weekly goals, because if you are not hitting your weekly goals you will not hit your yearly goals.Great video Ryan.

Interesting.
This has nothing to do with the subject, but I recently got out of a relationship with my ex girl friend. The interesting part about her, is that, she would often say things in a sarcastic manner, be passive aggressive and leave weird/rude comments almost all the time. However, she would necessarily not mean what she said as something demeaning or rude etc. She was also depressed. And this behavoiur would lead to constant misinterpretations by me, who is a very calm, happy, positive and collected person. So we would argue over those things she said. And often times, if I slipped my tongue, she would misinterpret my POSITIVE comments as something sarcastic and demeaning.

She did not lie to me, she consistently was telling me the truth about what she felt etc.

Could you possibly refer a study/phenomena/video explainimg this type of psychological behavour to me? Or even better, make a video on how misunderstood depressed people can get?

Thanks! Also, grest content as always!

Exactly👍🙂 I actually made a video about this too. Think about it guys this is stupid. Why do you need a new year as an excuse to make changes for the better?? If you REALLY want to change your bad habits you might as well start right now👍 Great vid, great message and a happy new year to all of you. PEACE🙂
