I built CLEVO based laptops for a while when I worked at a pc shop and was always good quality. I personally have a 17" model at the moment.

I'm really liking these non-linus vids lately. Not because I don't like Linus but because I really like him. It's great that they're making this channel more robust by having more people feature in vids, makes the whole enterprise more resilient.

The one thing you get with HP, DELL, Lenovo and Apple is warranty and support. If my laptop breaks, someone will be at my house tomorrow to fix it. Or with Apple go to the store... This is one thing that really matters because its just, if something goes bad. It will be fixed right away. Seriously, if you have never used the premium warranty, say your keyboard letter goes bad, you chat HP support and tomorrow morning they send someone out, or send you a new keyboard overnight.

Been looking at the recent offerings of Laptops nowadays. And since we have a retailer here selling barebone Clevo devices with no branding on it it constantly comes up as the cheapest option for the things I want from a modern day laptop.


Clevo really deserves more recognition in the broader spectrum of users.
