Service works done properly and we can feel it, delivered vehicle neatly.
Good hospitality during face to face interactions..
Delays from service engineers during tele-conversations, no proper commitments, improve in time scheduling of works.

I have purchased a tata vehicle recently from luxon tata. From the service point of view I'm satisfied. I have faced an issue with my car, and they have cleared it properly. From the negative reviews in channels I was a bit worried about tata services. Still I purchased a tata vehicle by trusting the luxon group and that paid off. The biggest issue which I felt with tata cars is the poor quality check from the tata side. Tata needs to address this issue. In addition to this, the number of service centres should also be increased as there are lakhs of vehicles present in the road and adequate support is not available. In the long run this will create issues.

22:20 VW cars have a feature where, if you lower the volume to 0, the music automatically pauses and resumes when you increase the volume again. Maybe try that for play & pause (if it works)
