Did you reheat your white chocolate ganache a few times because it looked way to thick in some scenes and spreadable in others. Thank you.

Hi Rob, if you were doing a multi tier cake and using using cake boards underneath sponges, do you trim your cake to allow for crumb coat/ganache finish or use next size board up??
