When I was in the Marines, one of the challenges we used to have Forklift operators do with our 10k forklift was picking a quarter (25 cent coin) up on the fork tine off the ground without damaging the ground or quarter. If you could do that you were a really good operator.

Do you know the "tea bag challenge"? You have to back up with your truck and dip a tea bag attached to the truck in a cup placed on a cone (I put some examples in mp on Insta I do not think I can put it here)
