I thought I once heard David Sinclair say that he chose to take NMN over NR because he had a big tub of NMN leftover from some lab experiments. At the time expressed indifference between the two options.

I tested my epigenetic age with the TruMe saliva based test prior to embarking on a 6-month trial of Novos Core. Pretest I was 1.8 years younger than my chronological age. After taking Novos Core for 6 months, I tested again and was 8.4 years younger epigenetically. I'd be interested to know if anyone else has tested themselves. That's really the best way to know if it's doing anything for aging.

Thanks, Richard. I'm now seriously considering swapping out my personally-curated plethora of longevity supplements for Novos Core. For one thing, taking 20 pills every day is hard on my stomach and not a pleasant routine, and for another thing - while it seems expensive it's less than half my current supplement bill. (Core is $80/month unless you get 6 months or more at a time for the discount.)

It’s a great premise however I don’t believe that some of the ingredients are at the level they need to be to make a difference . For instance they say fisatin you need about a gram a day in some study’s for it to work . Maybe put this product through a double blind study for 6 months & see if it changes any markers . Just my opinion . I have great admiration for George Church .

Do you have plans to make NOVOS Boost Liposomal at all?

Lithium is a gsk3b inhibitor. Helps de-noise a lot of signalling pathways, which helps with a lot of things. Namely, allowing Stem Cells to replicate normally.

Its useful, but I use more powerful things.

Another seriously overpriced cocktail of under-proven ingredients. You could buy all of them for a fraction of their monthly ask, and at least you wouldn't break the bank while achieving no results...
