The things that make this stand apart are barely usable... the 8k and the 4k 120fps. 20mins till overheat, fill entire 512gb cfexpress card, need to wait an hour or more to record another 20mins for it to cool down.

Don't get mad at me for thinking that kinda ruins what sets this apart from the rest. It might still be perfect for you, and 8f so you will love it.

As for me if I am gonna spend a small fortune on a camera boasting its 8k, it will need to be able to fully do it and then some. I assume most film makers with this kind of disposable money, like yo create films longer than whatever you can pull out of 20mins.

The camera, 4k, 2 to 3 lenses 3 to 4k, a couple full capacity cfexpress cards 2k. 10k so far.. then of course a computer that can handle it 2k, unlimited high speed storage? All for 20min clips?

Have fun with that.

This camera would of been great if they maxed out at 4k 60fps, unlimited recording time, and a 2.5k price tag.
