Sir ye video m apne pauses dale hn ya kuch issue h video m kyuki the pauses are of more than 1min sometimes..

Sir....when you was explaining sec-62, you have said summons are issued by police officers. But summons are only served by them.
Issuing of summons can only be done by courts.

Plz explain this....
