Gentlemen, I know you believe it’s going to get more difficult to dispute items, but that’s counter intuitive. What’s actually going to happen is the data providers are going to be more scrutinized as to what information they’re providing.

Also, they are not going to go back and retro-actively check all previous deletions. Which one of us is going to got make a complaint to the CFPB about an item we got deleted off our report? Nobody. The only time we’ll say anything is if they put the item back on the account. It’s all about the data providers.

Lastly, a complete overhaul of the credit reporting agencies, reporting, how credit scores are calculated, how things get reported and focusing on why a credit report is even available for institutions.

Great content my man!!!!

All 3 credit bureaus have different algorithms for calculating credit worthiness/FICO scores. All are full of incompetence.

The credit game is one be hoax. People need to seriously wake up to these crooks. You get accepted for a credit card, and your points go down. You finish paying off your car note you get nothing.

I thought I was losing my mind. Then Experian gets sued 10 days ago. I am 7 & 8 complaints in with no investigations done, no change, no removal. The errors are plentiful & they will not remove the accounts. I was in tears & furious. Hopefully these lawsuits will encourage change. Are you in Chicago too?

They have to many disputes to go through so they just removed it .if they fixed it it could have stayed. They removed many items because they didn't want to deal with it.

Many people are not concerned about their credit score and credit files until they are inconveniently affected (Apartment, Insurance, Buying a Home, Buying a vehicle, borrowing money).

That's peanuts compared to what these people make!

$15 million? For Equifax, that’s just lunch money—wish they’d feel the pinch like their victims did!

We were just talking about how they are pulling from two credit bureaus and the odd man out was going to be Equifax.

Laws have always changed. They are statutory amended due to law suits that win and change laws or implement new laws. Equal rights has changed countless times as well as other laws. I do agree with all you are saying as well as that. Lawsuits are one of the main reasons laws change...

Thanks for your video. I think the credit bureaus pay 15 million a year is a drop in the bucket for them. Just think the credit bureaus do what they do in part because they're helping the companies. If a lot of people did right by their credit the credit bureaus wouldn't make any money.
