42172LEGO Technic McLarenP1 Gearbox demo

It's hard to see the effect of the 7 speed gearbox in the LEGO Technic 42172 Maclaren P1 in the completed model, so I connected a motor to the drive shaft, and let it go, changing gears as it went. this is functionally 'reversing the gears' by turning the drive shaft at a constant rate, and seeing the engine pump at different speeds. Still, you can see that the gear box is working appropriately. thanks to the LEGO Group for sending this set over for review.
