Dana White opens up on recent loss of both parents

UFC Boss Dana White opens up about his family struggles and the recent passing of both his parents for the first time with Sky News Australia Piers Morgan.

"My parents taught me a lot about what I didn't want to be as a parent. I don't really talk about, I don't think I have ever talked about this, but my parents both died recently," he told Sky News Australia Piers Morgan.

“I’m good with it.

“I focus a lot on my kids and my relationship with them, and I sort of put my relationship with my parents behind me.

“When they passed away, I had almost no feelings about it, to be honest with you.”

I kinda didn't like the fact that Mr White said people who believe in God view themselves as more important than they are. I for one believe that the existence of God proves just how insignificant I am as an individual 😐 I think that he's an arrogant idiot and by saying that he actually contradicts himself. Still pretty successful 🤔 but an intellectual giant he is not.

Dana is a horrible human being, he betrayed and lied to his grandmother, she died waiting for him to bring her close to his family in Vegas, just like he promised her... Of course that never happened.
He lies, he hits, he cheats and poses like a real man's man...he can put together some of the greatest fights, but he's still a huge phony in my books.

Having really craptastic parents assured me that I am a great parent but the irreversible damage or deep scars & what they now call ptsd sure doesn't help adult life nor did it help my childhood

I lost my parents at the same time. One at the hands of the other. Lord have mercy! All I can say is it doesn't get any easier with time. It's been 28 years and it still devastates me. I'm sorry for your loss

The lack of a relationship with his parents is the reason Dana doesn’t pay his fighters and it doesn’t effect him that a lot of these fighters are throwing their lives away trying to be a MMA fighter. He has no problem gambling hundreds of thousands of dollars while his fighters can barely pay the bills.
