This a quick and easy guide about camp building for any and all new comers to Fallout 76. This is just a BASIC guide, there are of course more things to go into like camp allies, shelters and powering your camp. These I will cover in a more in-depth camp guide in the future! 2024 is going to bring many updates to the game! So as always, I hope this helps!

Portable Camps! 2:31 As a player that switching from pay-to-win to free-to-play back and forth faster than a politician changes their mind, I have one of my camps always designed as a port-a-fort just that reason. I even use it when I have access to the survival tent, because sometimes you just want a few walls and a half dozen guns around you. Of course, a really easy way to do it if you struggle with creating a build that can be re-built (because Bethesda doesn't make it easy) you can just put everything you need in a shelter and use that as your portable camp.

I'll never forget my first C.A.M.P.
It was two foundations, a sleeping bag and basic cooking fire.
Then the grind was on, to get enough resources together to make walls and a roof.
Then, I had to grind more, to get the materials for a door... LOL!
That was back on release, many years ago.
Things are much different, and much more fun nowadays!

I'm new and I learned two very helpful things from this video! I didn't know that building near resources in the ground mattered! I also haven't done a workshop yet, and I didn't know it awarded construction plans. So thanks for making this!
