The sword/slasher doesn't increase yield. The specific weapon buffs increase damage against a particular material type.
Since vegetation is one hit anyways, it doesn't do anything extra.

The game is pretty fun but goddam the restriction now being able to teleport while having stuff in your bags is really a drag, especially if your castle is on the opposite side of the map and you have to drag your ass back there and do the trek multiple times

dont waste your silver coins on these. you can get them normally through drops. save your hard earned silver for those sweet sweet head gears!
