The Cardinals player development seems to have been inadequate for a while. Especially developing pitchers.

Siani, I believe has saved 14 runs as the center fielder and would have won a gold glove if he had two more innings of time.

Suddenly Masyn has forgotten how to hit. Sigh.

Out of the several vet players the Cardinals have brought back, only one worked out. Other than Pujols, how have these decisions gone? Exactly. Just stop it

Play Luken Baker for the next 10 games at first base and you will find out. It's very simple.
If the Cardinals trade him to somebody that will make him their starting first baseman, the Cardinals will then regret another trade of a player that will become a standout player.
Look at his totals from Triple A.
He has earned a legitimate chance.
If not, the Cardinals need to have the decency to trade him.

If goldy stays trade baker if godly is gone, then Burleson is your starting 1B and Baker is a platoon

Baker has a hard time putting the ball in play in Memphis.

It seems like the ad frequency of this video was a bit overkill. Made it a hard listen.

I would like to see an outfield of Scott Siani Walker less of Nootbaar

Walker, Scott, Noot is a solid OF the next few years. IMO anyways

Im still very anti resigning Goldshmidt strictly because knowing this organization it will be for way too much money. If they get him back for less than 10 million then great, otherwise hard pass

I'd honestly rather see Jordan Walker groomed for 1st base he's played infield until the Cardinals forced him to the outfield & I believe he would be better than Burly or Baker

I’m still team don’t re-sign Goldschmidt under any scenario. Maybe I’m just too hopeful for change after back to back failed seasons.
I’m glad he’s getting his confidence back, I hope he goes to the Dbacks and has a great year before retirement.
Goldschmidt playing well, Arenado decides to be more positive… why couldn’t this have happened before the royals had the mini sweep pre ASG lol
