One of these tools is Zoho Campaigns. This is a dynamic email marketing software that also allows you to engage in SMS marketing and social media marketing.

Great video. is it possible for me to set different group of contacts based on different criteria that can be updated automatically if those criteria have changed? For example, if a cold lead ( registered on my site but hasn't placed an order) is placed an order, can be moved automatically by Zoho CRM to Hot lead( registered clients with at least an order placed) and ultimately recieve emails from the campaign designed for Hot leads?
