Champagne Supernova - Oasis (Irish Choir Cover)

Our fourth and final cover from our fourth season is "Champagne Supernova” which was recorded by Oasis in 1995 for their second album “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?”.

This Irish choir came together to learn 4 songs over the course of 9 weeks. All four songs were recorded live in Dublin, Ireland.

Brings me to tears... there's something really fitting about a choir singing this song. A bunch of people that I don't know and will never meet yet have their own beautiful and complex lives that they experience the entirety of. That's pretty much what this song is about to me.

So beautiful. The Grammy’s should invite the Irish Choir to perform this (since Noel or Liam never won a single Grammy-how insane is that musically?) Then after the first verse and chorus Noel should come in from one side of stage playing guitar in unison and Liam from the other side to sing vocals. What an epic reunion for them and Oasis and a performance no one could ever forget.
