If I compare Novel Sherlock and Comic Batman in terms of intelligence I would say that Batman wins high diff. But there is a version of Sherlock Holmes that appeared in DC comics, that version is so smart that Bruce even calls him the smartest detective, even better than him. I would say this version of Sherlock wins high-extreme diff

Batman still wins mid-high diff in terms of physical strength tho
