That's Nasus.
You either one shot champions with no skill or depth, or die trying. And that's exactly what this video depicts.

This video perfectly captures what it means to play Nasus. Half the time you are farming minions while your team is getting their asses kicked in and the other half is you ruining people’s lives as they slowly try to crawl away with you repeatedly bonking them.
