Hi, Great vid. I have a few deployments and on all of them when the Attendant transfers a call to a station the station displays the number of the attendants sip station and not the CLI of the originating caller. I have been searching for a solution to this as it seems like displaying the CLI of the originating caller would be the expected behaviour. But even looking in the Session manager sip headers the From, Contact and PAID headers only include the SIP station number they dont contain the originating callers CLI. do you get the same issue?

Can you please explain How can we deactivate Avaya Softphone from Avaya SMGR 8.1? We have tried by disable presence profile of users but after then we can call from softphone. Can we deactivate softphone from SMGR? Please help.
