Ingredients:
Chicken lollipop-300 gm(washed)
All purpose flour(Maida)-50 gm
Corn flour-25 gm
Black pepper powder(kali mirch)-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Red chilli powder(kashmiri)-1.5 tsp
Soy sauce-3 tsp
Schezwan sauce-1 tbsp
Tomato sauce-1.5 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic-8 to 10 cloves
Chopped spring onion
Cooking oil-250 ml
Salt to taste

Very awesome recipe... I already tried 4 times and it always comes out amazing...just one suggestion to all of you to add an egg into the batter instead of water... it helps to retain the consistency and gives better taste also allow the chicken to rest for 30 mins so that it becomes better and juicier.

I made this yesterday. A M A Z I N G! My 5 year old enjoyed the plain batter fried version and we enjoyed both versions equally. I didn't tell my husband I made it, he asked me the name of the restaurant... 😜

Tip: Make the batter in advance n let it settle for few hours. The lollipop would turn nice and crisp. Just my thought ;) I skipped the red 🌶 powder in the sauce and added half tsb sugar. Just my personal touch....
