TEAS 7 seems to have less questions then the older TEAS checked the ATI site and is it possible to take the TEAS in separate topics ?

For question no.3, I thought a summary should not include opinions. On the correct answer, the word “should” must not be used in a summary. Pls explain why am I wrong. 🥹
