I still don't understand it. Is there a host, a celebrant? Are 200 people on with cameras off and muted? I don't see it working well. How do I get cake and hit on bridesmaids?

I'm surprised she didn't also try to sell hybrid online/in-person weddings post-pandemic. Surely there must be a market for people who still have a traditional wedding, not everyone can attend in-person, but would still be happy to attend on a livestream and/or send in the video letters.

Does no one in this comment section realize that zoom is not a wedding planner or tech organizer? Her company uses zoom and does the organizing of an online wedding which is not only good for fully online weddings but also partially online (ex. if part of your family/friends live in another country)
