Christmas is coming up and I always feel so dreadful this time of year. My fears and worries go through the roof and I always fall into a cycle of helplessness. When I listened to this video these fears and worries slowly disappeared and I managed to fall asleep instead of laying awake for hours tormenting myself like usual. Thank you kind person
