Finding Stillness in Chaos | Symphony of a Sunset

I finally took my camera with me to capture my evening walk in the little forest next to our house here in Taitung.

I go there every other day. It’s always a small battle to follow through and stick with this routine. It’s humid, it’s hot, it’s exhausting and my mosquito friends have been waiting for me all day long. And yet, after I climbed up the stairs, drenched in sweat, my heart pounding, I am gifted with this symphony, with those breathtaking views over Taitung and the Pacific Ocean.

When I stand in the forest on that hill, everything around me seems to be pulsating in total chaos. But within this chaos I have found stillness.
