Agree with the first girl. 99.9% of handy's I've gotten in 40 years of life I paid for. I can count on one hand the number of just random ones a girl gave me just because she knew I'd like it or for her entertainment. If you are with a girl who wants to have sex, why would you want a handy when you have all the other (far, far better) options??? I had plenty of girlfriends I asked for a blowie simply because I needed it and there was little time or opportunity for anything more and most were happy to give a blowie to make their guy feel better.
