Don't buy expensive phones unless you are going to use all the features that makes it expensive. Also don't buy cheapo budget phones either, because you want your phone to be reliable and work well without hanging every single time. Buy a mid range phone. Max 40k rupees is enough to get a phone like that, OnePlus R series phones or Samsung A series phones are mid range, work well without hanging and last as long as premium phones.
