On a lot of european cars it gives the bar pressure needed for the front and back tyres inside the car. On the tyres itself they say the PSI. Good price. The screw on connector seems different than the norm.

Makita do a good one. I use their compressor to pump up a number of tyres, cars and mowers. The Stihl one looks more fancy though.
