Right now I’m working as a VA for 30 hrs a week. I started this regular role in June during summer break. We just started homeschooling Monday and I barely could pull 10 hrs this week. I’m 7 months pregnant and also, my 3 kids are 6, 3, and 1.

I really need some help. I only make 12 an hour currently in this role. Bc I couldn’t find other roles that were flexible hours. My kids require a lot of me during the day in this season.

I need less hours and more pay.
