When I was young, I worked for a summer at a ranch in WVA owned by a famous chef and his wife. One day after work, they asked me to come into the house. I thought they had some issue with me, but instead they said: "We have a son about your age. When he turned 16, we bought him a Jaguar, he got drunk and totaled it. The insurance replaced it, he wrecked that one too, so we bought him an Audi and he got drunk at a party and wrecked that one. The insurance didn't replace the car that time so we bought him a cheaper Mercedes sedan, by now, he was a senior, and that summer he wrecked it also. So we bought him a Corvette, (cheapest so far) and told him it had to last him until the end of college. They then looked at me and asked: "WHAT ARE WE DOING WRONG?"
