My guess was Tokido was testing out Hart in the first match but he must've taken it to an extreme. Ryan must've understood it so he changed up his game in the second match to be more aggressive. But who knows, much love to Ryan Hart for winning though

That's probably the worst I've ever seen Tokido play. It's weird because unlike most other tournaments Tokido was only focusing on one game here. I hope it's not a sign of things to come in the Capcom Cup. Or maybe Ryan just got into his head.
