Funny story. Apple once DID in fact make a game console. It was called the Apple Pippin. It was in the 90s I believe that they made it and they had Bandi make some games for it. It could even function as a full computer with Macintosh to boot. HOWEVER, it flopped pretty badly due to the price. It was WAY too expensive at around $599, and with no one really seeing to benefit or need for a gaming console and a computer, it sold less than million untis and is still remember as a flop to this day.
