Scott, I'm studying for my Part 107 remote pilot license and have watched at least a dozen or more videos on airspace trying to get my mind wrapped around how the Class E works at the many small airports in my state. Your diagram near the end helped me more than anything else I have seen. I think I've got it now. Thanks for the video!!

So according to your final diagram; whatever altitude E airspace begins at, wether it starts at surface or 700 or 1200 ft AGL, it extends all the way to but not including 18, 000 ft (17, 999). Also, airspace E is Everywhere over the continental United States, but only extends down to 1200, or 700 and surface in designated areas. Yes? Now what about Canada ? ?
