In this video, Matt Hillebrand from Don's Appliances talks about the various features of the Beko Dishwasher.

Beko dishwashers are energy-efficient machines which can operate with nearly inaudible sound ratings. In addition, Beko dishwashers also come equipped with some of today's best dishwashing technology. Check out some of our favorites:

+ AquaIntense
+ SilentTech
+ 3-Position Upper Rack
+ Energy Star Certified

Thank you for sharing this video! You pointed out some great features, such as no branding on the outside! Ours came defective so I think we will exchange for a different brand, though. Thank you for posting this, though!

Hello, is it possible to remove the third cutlery rack?

How do you get the door to stay horizontal? Mine springs back with considerable force that I genuinely think would break a child’s arm

Thanks for the video. After reading the comments it looks like this company has a long way to go with their product and customer service

I have this model and have pressed some wrong combination of the buttons and cannot make it function. Am getting a flashing red light on the bottom for a few minutes then it programs itself off and nothing happens. Have tried holding the program and cancel buttons to reset but it isn't working. So frustrated.

We have always liked Beko products but our latest acquisition, a replacement dishwasher, has issues that their Customer Service Dept are not really interested in. The display panel showing power and programmes is fine but the Salt and Rinse Aid warning lights are virtually impossible to see in daylight. If we turn the kitchen lights off at night the symbols can just about be seen. We do not know when these need roping up until the dishes come out still wet, which was the reason for contacting them in the first place. I raised this with Customer Service and they said they would send an engineer but if no fault was found they would charge me £55. An engineer came and examined the machine and it was him who realised that the symbols were there but so dim that they could not be seen in daylight. I contacted Customer Service again pointing out the dim symbols along with photos but they reiterated there standard spiel that they would send an engineer but if no fault was found they would charged me £55, I declined the appointment but pointed out that in my opinion the display was either badly designed or faulty but, despite sending photographs of the display, they would not accept there there was an issue but just repeated that they would send an engineer but there would be a charge if no fault was found.
It seems to me that they are more concerned with getting a call out charge than addressing an obvious issue. We have four Beko products in our home, but they will not be replaced with Beko if and when they need replacing, this is because of the dreadful response from their Customer Service Dept. If this is the level of service we can expect then we want nothing more to do with Beko.

Beko is a Turkish brand. It comes from Turkey. A country, not a bird that you eat on a Thanksgiving Day.

We purchased a Beko dishwasher and are truly baffled by the poor performance. We had a 20 years old Miele that was quieter, washed better, dried better, and provided better organization of dishware and utensils. 20 years of product development and Beko is actually performing worse. Do not buy this brand. Every time I use it my heart sinks at the pitiful engineering.
