Talent-wise we're there, but mentally we're not. Against the bears we had 12 penalties for 115 yards, and against the Vikings we had 11 penalties for 88 yards. It starts with DeMeco and then followed by the captains of the team. If they're serious about being Super Bowl contenders, then they have to fix these mental mistakes that are going to get us kicked out early in the playoffs.

I know he has to say it. But the offensive did not have good reps. They got beat all day. Howard is over paid and so is Tunsil. Mason is too old now. He doesn't move the same. Kenyon trying to learn and Scruggs is hobbled.

Demeco and Bobby don’t know how to adjust the game plan during the game if it’s not working. More quick throws and less time to snap the ball so you avoid the presnap penalties. Just line up and go!
