Massive win...brilliantly perfect cross by Diaby and header by Digne.

Not a complaint just an observation that was already noted by Watkins in his post interview so its good to see the awareness is there. Its pretty clear as impressive as Luton were, Villa contributed to their goals via poor fouls, passive defensiveness and hoofing the ball upfield by Emi with no intent.

Absorbing pressure is one thing and a skill in itself as games have a natural ebb and flow, but they collectively also need to learn how to take back control.

All part of our growing maturity and belief in themselves. This was such a brilliant and important win by the lads!

Luton remind me alot of Blackpool when they came up. Really give it a go and take it to teams although this Luton squad are much better. I really hope they stay up. Massive win for the Villa. Considering we have Austin McPhee as a set piece coach we really are shocking defensively from set pieces. Luckily we got some talent to get us over the line
