How to unlock framerate in Elden Ring (EASY) #eldenring

I can't understand why it locks fps to 75. I set 165 but i can't go further (even lowering the settings)

still 60 it shows 65 for asec at the start menu and comes back to 60 again im running as 7 7700 and 4070 ti super
