United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres calls out oil and gas companies, saying the largest companies brought in a combined $100 billion in profits in the first quarter of 2022, amid the Russian-Ukraine war. The U.N. Chief urged governments to tax the companies’ earnings on Aug 3, 2022.
