Love the channel! I grew over 500 pounds of tomatoes one year in my back yard in the city... I gave a lot of it away to neighbors and canned a lot. I used the Mittleider method and it worked incredibly well... I grew Mortgage Lifter which are an awesome style of tomato. It was right around the 2008/2009 recession and thought I could pay off my mortgage selling tomatoes LOL we can dream right?? Mortgage Lifters are flavorful, big, perfect for sandwiches. Ive moved onto several acres now (overlooking LA) and while Im growing stuff to eat I havent really expanded much but hope to one day. Im more focused on wine making from my own grapes :)
